Q: Do I get to keep the sign?

Unfortunately, no, you don't get to keep it. We are a rental service. 

We will occasionally offer custom purchase options

but those will be listed separately in our online store (coming soon).


Q: How much does it cost to rent a sign?

Check out our standard pricing and additional rental options under our prices tab!


Q: Do you take last minute orders?

Yes! If we have the availability and the inventory 

we can do next day orders for a +$15 rush fee!


Q. How long will the sign stay in my yard?

Our typical greeting is 24 hours, but you can add an additional 24 hrs for +$25!

If you need the sign taken down EARLIER than 24 hours, please do NOT take it down yourself! 

Contact us and we will come remove the sign ASAP.


Q: Do I need to be there for set up or tear down?

Nope! You simply place the order with us, pay your invoice, and we handle the rest! 

You are free to let us know your preference for yard placement, but
we try to place our signs in a highly visible area, and we always

text you a photo of the finished product when we leave!


Q: What if it rains? Are you greetings waterproof?

Yes, our signs are waterproof! We will even set up in the rain, as long as there is NO lightning!

Q: Do you only have Birthday set ups?
A: No!! We can help you celebrate any occasion!! Graduations, Baby Showers, Parties, Sports Teams, Holidays, School & Church events, Grand Openings, Just Married, etc.

Q:  What is your refund policy?
A: Bad weather, changes in plans, we get it, things happen.  If you must cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your schedule delivery for a full refund.  If Mother Nature intervenes and we are unable to set up your greeting due to severe weather, you will receive a full refund.
